For the first time since the pandemic, National University is bringing back Food Truck Fridays this spring.

This Friday, Billy Bricks Wood Fired Pizza will stop by campus from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Prior to the hiatus during the pandemic, Food Truck Fridays were a popular NUHS tradition that had brought together the campus community since 2014. On select  Fridays during the spring, summer and fall, students can grab lunch from various food trucks that park on the drive between Janse Hall and Lake Janse. There are also several spots around Lake Janse to sit and enjoy your lunch with friends.

On Food Truck Fridays, students, faculty and staff, as well as the local community, are invited to come out and enjoy the great food, which often includes vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Check out photos of past Food Truck Fridays on social media using #foodtruckfridays.

Previous food trucks that have visited campus include Grill Chasers, Piko Street, Vegan Food Truck and Best Trucking BBQ.
